We want you to love your purchase from The Paper Bunny, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
